November Newsletter and Meeting Announcements

Berea Gardens Agriculture Ministries
November Newsletter

The annual True Education Conference is coming again to the Berea Gardens Center.  This year's weekend meetings will be followed by a four day Agriculture Training Session and an Agriculture Confenrence organized by Bob Jorgensen.  Speakers for these meetings will include Pastor Dave Westbrook, Elvin Easton, Bob Jorgensen, Joong Ho Shin, Brad Neeley, John and Ed Dysinger, Steve Meyer, Jerry Travers and Bob Gregory.

Please join us for this opportunity to better understand the principles of true Christian education and the first of its kind meeting of those engaged in various aspects of the agricultural work associated with education.   Between the two weekend meetings we are offering a four day session of Agriculture Training that will be of benefit to beginning as well as expert growers.  This training includes some of the elements of the Berea Gardens Training Program and will cover topics of soil preparation, weed control, pest and disease prevention and control strategies, regulatory issues facing small market farms, plant genetics and details about  why the agriculture and food industries in America are in such crisis that it is compromising the health of millions of Americans.

These meetings will run from November 26 to December 5 and will be held at the Berea Gardens Center in Minnora, West Virginia.

There is no cost for the two weekend conferences and accommodations are available here  for those wishing to stay with us.
